Rental Space consists of an 8’ long by 6' deep space. The Ball Room is located directly across from the hotel restaurant Sunday Brunch Area. Tables, coverings, & Chairs will be provided.**Please be detailed in the description of your type of art/jewelry and trade name products.  Specific trade name products will be limited to only one exhibitor.  We also limit the amount of very similar art or product type as to offer each exhibitor the opportunity to be unique. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Angels & Trinkets Holiday Fair          TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms: Prices shown are actual prices per vendor. Vendor/Exhibitors are subject to 100% payment at time of submitting registration form unless other arrangements are made directly with Angie D'Anjou

Cancellation Policy: There is a 30-day cancellation policy for the event. You will be granted 100% refund of the exhibition booth fee to vendors who provide written notification of cancellation not less than 30 days prior to event date. There is a 2-day cancellation policy that applies to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, loss, or other emergency reason.  This must be called in directly and a 60% Refund will be offered or the opportunity to exhibit at another future event. A follow up phone call is strongly suggested to confirm receipt of cancellation.

Display Signs: Each vendor must keep all displays, banners, products, signs, etc., within the space of the designated booth, which includes all tables that are part of the exhibit. Attaching anything to the floors or walls is PROHIBITED. . Any damage caused to the facility or equipment is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor.

Booth placement will be determined by Presenter/Fair Management.  Exhibitors will be notified of any changes that may be required to reconfigure the exhibition hall upon the management's discretion.

If an exhibitor has more than 1 assistant than each additional assistant will be subject to 50% payment of the general admission fee.

Exhibitors are responsible for all process of monetary exchange at their booth. Exhibitors are responsible for any/all state, local, and Federal taxes.

Music or other Audio/Visuals must get the approval from the management team of the Fair.

There is an additional fee for electricity of $10.00 per table.

Exhibitor assumes all responsibility and agrees to hold show management harmless from any loss, liability, costs or damages arising from actual or threatened claims or causes of action resulting from the negligence or intentional misconduct by the exhibitor, employees, agents, or general public.

Security/Liability: The facility and exhibit management will not assume any responsibility for the damage and /or loss of any merchandise or articles prior to, during or following the fair.

Fire Safety: Exhibitors must comply with all regulations relating to fire safety. Open flames, incense, or aromatherapy diffusion is prohibited. Aromatherapy may be demonstrated within the rented exhibit space. There is no smoking in the facility.

Exhibitors/Vendors are prohibited from any sales of food or beverages. This applies to nonprofit organizations as well. Any food/beverage sales must be approved by fair management.

You may however, bring your own food/beverages or purchase elsewhere.  There will be a variety of restaurants available nearby.

The performance of this Fair is subject to acts of God, Government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies, any of which make it impossible or illegal to provide the facilities and/or services for the exhibit. The exhibit may be canceled for any one or more reasons without liability. In this case, exhibit fees will be refunded only after all Fair management expenses have been met.

Angie D’Anjou reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each applicant to exhibit at the Psychic Fair. This right may be exercised before or during the actual Fair exhibition date.

If Exhibitor/Vendor cancels it participation in the Fair, a 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is 50 days before the event. After the 50-day limit all cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. All cancellations are required to be in writing and confirmed by follow-up phone contact.
